Security and permissions

No. InSearch is permission-aware. It inherits and enforces your native access controls at query time, so each person only gets answers from content they can already open. It does not create any new permissions or expose documents to people who would not otherwise have access. If you cannot open a file today, InSearch will not surface it for you.
Never. InSearch does not train any model on your customer content. Your data is encrypted, handled on SOC 2 practices, and used only to answer your own questions. With Enterprise, the no-training commitment is written into your contract.
